Lenaya was more than accommodating with my specific situation and getting me in my unit! I cannot say enough as well about their maintenance staff; these guys literally come same day to my requests to see what needs done. I love it here!!
Lived in this apartment complex through 2023. Jordan was really helpful and went above and beyond. I got locked outside my apartment before work at 7am and she showed up in minutes when the office was closed to give me a key. The apartment itself was clean and spacious. The negatives is the reason for the 4 star. We experienced a leak in our unit that flooded our hallway for weeks. We constantly had to clean this everyday for almost a month. I highly recommend LeNaya. She was very responsive during my application process and followed up with any maintenance issues that needed to be fixed. Literally, the best and most responsive APM I’ve had.
We have been here a little over a month & to say we are highly satisfied is an understatement. We have gotten all the accommodations we need along with amazing service from everyone here. Jordan from the office is the absolute best. Although there are negative reviews we have not one negative thing to say about living her. It’s quiet, spacious, clean, our neighbors are kind & we haven’t had a single issue since our move in & we can’t say that about the last place we lived. Auburn place apartments is a great place to live. The office staff is very friendly Tyria and Lenaya knows almost everyone that lives on the property. I would highly recommend them to look into for a place to stay.Very friendly staff! Come by and check them you will love it here!!!!
