I have lived at Auburn Place for seven months and it has been a pleasant experience. My apartment was clean and in good working order when I moved in. After I had been here for a few months an electrical problem developed and the office staff were quick to get an electrical contractor out to address the problem. I moved in end of last October very short notice and Haleigh Cunningham from the leasing office has been the most helpful person I have ever delt with with an apartment. I moved in knowing there were still maintenance issues needing addressed and she said sure to stay on top of things with the staff ans get things handled. It was a great experience in seeing how staff cam really go out of their way to make an experience wonderful even when being short staffed.

Haleigh has been such an amazing person to deal with. She answers all of my questions and handles all of my issues immediately. She never makes me wait for anything and if I ask a question that she doesn’t know the answer to she finds out very quickly and reaches out to me. I’ve never had to wait too long for a call back. Very helpful and supportive staff and now the new maintenance team and the property manager Haleigh is working very hard to resolve all the issues. I am sure the Aurburn community will be the best in the future.

Haleigh is at the front desk of the office on a daily basis. she does an absolutely amazing job catering to the requests and issues that the residents have. most issues that have come up are because of the corporate office not getting t o things in a timely manner. this is not the fault of the office here. Haleigh has done an outstanding job at trying to resolve and handle as many issues and concerns that come up. She truly goes above and beyond for the residents here. She is a 5 star front desk office official all the way.
