The healthcare staff appeared more focused on financial considerations than on patient care. I was particularly frustrated when the nurse repeatedly mispronounced my name despite multiple corrections, which made me feel unheard and disrespected.
If you say you’re calling someone back in a second & that turns into 30 minutes, it’s misleading and disrespectful.
They are always great and very fast
