Finally! I have been waiting so long to review. I rented here for just over 2 years. I was there from when the building first opened. I definitely do not recommend renting here or any boardwalk property for that matter. The parkade door is always broken, there is next to no visitor parking, some people let their dogs pee and poop in the parkade and don't clean up, they garbage bins were in the parkade for the longest time (recently moved) and the whole parakade smelled of garage.
