The second service was not as smooth as the first. The technician failed to replace the windshield wiper blades. Worse, the skid plate was left full of a lot of used oil that was running out. I shouldn't have to go back in and ask for these items to be fixed. Now a very similiar experience on my last visit. Didn't replace the filthy air filter or the dirty cabin air filter. Lied about rotating the tires and inspecting the prakes. Mark and Denise finally got it fixed, but it took FOUR visits. Come on Duprat, you can do better... read more
