We had a recall on our Ford F-350 truck. We live in Nevada City. When we called them about the recall we were informed that they had a mobile service that would come to us. We live about 40 minutes away. Gabe, the technician came 2 days later and fixed the recall in about 5 minutes. We were so pleased with their service as a dealer. A big thank you to Denise, also, who took care of the scheduling.

There were a couple issues with my F-150, so after being told it would be a couple weeks to get in at another Ford dealership, I reached out and was immediately scheduled for Monday (I contacted them on a Friday). Rita kept me updated throughout the process via text, and I was able to pick it up on Saturday. I was expecting it to be in for at least a week with my multiple requests.
