Tried to sell a truck to these clowns and they wasted a month of my time asking for different documents every time I went in there. I did everything they asked and they couldn’t be honest with me. I have several Fords. Future Ford is worth the drive unless you want to be scammed by DuPratt. They only thing they care about is money in their pocket, not customer service. When they learned I wasn’t happy they told me to go to another dealer. What a joke.

I have a vehicle purchased at a different dealership that needed repairs under warranty. The experience was very smooth, and the service team even worked after hours to ensure my vehicle was ready when they said it would be. Thanks to Lenny and the entire team.

I would not recommend DuPratt Ford Dealership. I purchased a Dodge Ram 2500, and within the first couple of weeks the check engine light came on. I brought it back to the dealership service department, and it took far too long to get answers. They told me it was just sensors and said they replaced them. Only four days after picking up the truck, the check engine light came on again. I then took it to Ram Trucks / Dodge for a second opinion, and within three hours they diagnosed a bad transmission and bad turbo actuator. That... read more

I went in to look at a vehicle I saw advertised but chose a different vehicle that I wanted to purchase. The salesman Juan was great, but when it came to the finance lady, Amy, it was the worst experience ever. She didn't want to work with me n kept making up reasons n giving me false information about my finances in the showroom not in private.
