Vadym in sales and Mike in finance were fantastic to work with. They were able to coordinate to get me in and out same day in a new F-150. This is how the car buying experience should work in 2026! Hats off to the whole team.

Put a phone deposit down March 9th, 2026, come June 5th,2026 did not buy the car and asked for my deposit refund. charles hurst (chuck) tried to force me to come in person to scan my card which is a LIE and FALSE as they can manually refund me the same way i put the deposit over the phone. I told him I don't feel welcome, I don't have to come in, and he even insulted me and said, "It's ok if you cant afford it" It's been 77 days, I'm preparing to send a demand letter to them. Put a phone deposit down, did not buy the car, dealer lied to Wells Fargo about refunding it, and is trying to force me to come in person to scan my card, they will use stall tactics and lie to your bank to surpass the 120 day card dispute limit. The sales department guys are rude and will lie that their card machine is down or they need to scan a card when they can manually refund it. I am preparing to send a demand letter to them.

Dupratt Ford, Thank you Anthony!!! This review is of my situation only but the results are factual. I brought my 2019 Ford Escape (yes, with the eco boost motor) to Dupratt for a check engine light and disappearing coolant. The diagnosis was a failed engine.
