I’ve been here a couple times and every time the woman at the front was very rude. (She wears a headset if you go you will know who she is). I’ve always kind of brushed it off as maybe she’s just having a bad day or I’m taking her the wrong way, but today I got my sister to go get my contacts for me and the first thing she said when she gave them to me was how rude the woman was. Everyone else was very nice and really helpful but this one woman makes me not want to go here any more.
Steve and I have been going to Auburn Eyecare for years. They are all so professional. Dr. Daniel was there when we first started and it was a very pleasant surprise to find out today that she is back.
