Just had the worst experience at this store I could’ve imagined. I know being manager and assistant manager at a small hardware store is not the most prestigious position someone could have, but if you’re going to take the job educate yourself and do the best you can. Being totally incompetent is not an attribute!
I have been going there for nearly fifty years :-)
I was searching for 8/32 screw and inserts and a helpful employee helped me find what I needed.
