Great service! Kind, helpful, and pleasant Dentist and staff. Very considerate, compassionate, and empathetic to your situations/conditions. They give you a dental health plan that is very specific and detailed for each patient, very helpful! They also tell you the cost of your procedures BEFORE they start the procedures, unlike other dentists that do the procedures and then you receive your “mystery total” at the check out window. They were able to clean my teeth up quickly and effectively even though I hadn’t been to a dentist in a while. Great location for anyone in Denton county area. Nice staff!
made an appointment specific for tooth pain and a cleaning weeks in advance. ended up being just there for a look over. showed up with pain and left with pain. they want your insurance money and could care less about patient care. Dentist seemed nice. Decent facilities, thought I would give the newly opened facility a try. Was offered a new appointment in three days to get me something for the pain.
