Terrible company to work with. They are only helpful when trying to get your money. If you want to get anything fixed at your rental house, or a refund for something they promised, it will take months of you reaching out. We waited for our stove to be fixed for over 6 weeks. The insulation in our roof is so bad that our house has been over 80* all summer and Auben won't even respond with any idea of if or when they will fix it. Very frustrating!
