Does not like question, and is afraid to give his opinion. Does not know a lot about many new things in medicine. You get a lot of I don't know.
Dr. Au was my primary care doctor for approximately a year. His interactions with me lacked empathy; he seemed annoyed at all questions asked; he was very condescending; seemed uninterested and dismissive of my feelings and concerns. I would steer clear of this doctor.
Phone appointment, doctor did not display compassion. Very matter of fact, short. Was a unhelpful phone visit.
Awesome Doctor. He is down to Earth and explains things openly and honestly. His medical advice is excellent. Always professional, knowledgeable, cheerful, and understanding. I appreciate the work he does.
I've seen Dr. Au several times for my kids and myself. He has always been knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy and takes time to explain and listen. I switched to him as my PCP because he is a fine doctor and willing to take same day urgent care visits when needed. I recommend him.
I have no trust in this guy as a doctor. I don't even know where to begin. There may be other fine doctors in this facility however I'm not going back to him.
