Claire was amazing!! First time doing my lashes here and definitely going back and recommending it to everyone. Place is clean, everyone is friendly and the work is also very neat. Wow! So I started with a 5 star review, because my first Lash visit was amazing, clean and extremely comfortable. I booked with Claire 💥 So gentle, she's so kind... Anywho, came back to say.. I give 10stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I am so happy over these past few months. They are courteous, kind, they call if running behind.. very good customer service. The salon is clean, the music is amazing. I always get so excited for my lash fill. Book with Au Dell Beauty.. You won't be disappointed 💥 Claire is amazing 🙏
Even though the lady who did my nails was nice, she put 3 nails on crooked. I don't like to complain, so I just left them. But now this morning my nail extension broke on my thumb nail. It hasn't even been 2 weeks and they want me to pay to have it repaired. This doesn't seem right since my nails weren't done properly to begin with. And I paid $75 for them. I won't be coming back here again.
Hidden Gem! Such a wonderful experience. Salon is very welcoming and customer service experience is phenomenal from the moment you walk in. Vanessa is the nail technician I booked with. She is wonderful! Highly recommend her expertise. She is knowledgeable, creative and attention to detail is precise. I was very impressed. Au Delà is very lucky to have Vanessa as part of their team.
