Hi, I wanted to provide feedback about my recent appointment because I left feeling quite uncomfortable and disappointed with the experience. I had specifically requested a soak-off for my gel polish, but the product was instead filed off, which was uncomfortable and left my nails feeling very thin afterward. I also received cuts to a few of my fingers during the service. I had a great experience at Au-Delà Beauty Spa. Even though it was my first time and I came in at the end of the day, the staff were very kind and welcoming. The service was quick, clean, and done with great attention to detail. I’m very happy with the results and highly recommend this place!
