Best in the Northwest – I have been having my hair cut at Au Courant for over 15 years. The owners, Ray and Pam, are the most pleasant and helpful people I have met and will cater to you every need. My hair stylist, Douglas, does a fantastic job on my hair and has an extensive knowlege on all types of hair (mine being moderately thin and my wife's very curly). best salon on the east side – pam has been styling my hair for over 15 years and each time has been great and in a very relaxed atmosphere she is the best on the east side
Best salon in the world! – Au Courant has been my salon for 20 years - Ray has done wonders to keep me youthful and vibrant with cuts and styles that are up to date and fit for the "mature" woman. The products offered are top of the line. The care shown by all those at the salon is unmatched. I always walk out of there feeling like a million dollars.
service and location – I am a new user having come to au courant after my children recommended the salon. My hair stylist is Douglas and he is very willing to accomodate you and your requests and offer opinions as needed. I came to au courant after I was not treated very well at my last salon and it was very refreshing to be treated like a valuable customer! Now that's the customer service I enjoy and expect. It is located very conveniently in downtown Mercer Island and parking is a no a problem.
Pleasant staff – The staff is very nice and pleasant and my stylist (Jamie) is awesome and highly skilled.
