Yesterday I had an Endoscopy done. I thought everything went well. The staff was nice to me. But the waiting area is dirty. There was stuff on the floor and a lot of spider webs. While I was under sedation he performed the Endoscopy but, he also checked the site where my G/J feeding tube is. While doing so he pulled the bandage off to check it. I place one bandage under the plastic thing that's on the tube so it doesn't rub against my skin. And I place another bandage on top of the plastic thing. Well, he must have tried to ... read more

Did not get to see Dr Au. PA only. Could not understand her accent very well. As new patient, expected to see doctor. Office staff very unprofessional.Three days now, trying to get meds called into pharmacy. Need Prior Auth. Called several times now. Apparently the only person in the office that handles this spends most of her time away from the office. They did not even take the medical records that I offered to them several times. Dr. Au's support staff is probably the worst I had to deal with in over 30 of going to doctors. First, you can't never get an appointment in less then 3 month claiming they are full. Second, waiting times are always at 1-1.5 hours. Third, they send you have lab work done but never fax the work orders to the lab. I had to call three times to follow up that I just gave up and went to their office to pick it up. I was satisfied with the procedure. Pre-exam consultation was fine. I was given instructions for prep. Staff doing procedure was fine. One nurse had trouble inserting IV.

Horrible experience. Staff is rude and so is the doctor. Especially when you ask questions. I had colon issues and he was unable to diagnose me. After ending up at the ER I asked nurses for a gastro doctor referral which turned out to be a blessing. That doctor was able to diagnoise and fix my problem. When I hear that someone is going to see Dr. Au I tell them run not walk away from seeing him. My star choice is less than one.

Plan on waiting at least an hour and a half just to be seen. Doctor is hard to understand with his accent.

I wish I could give this place a 0 out of 5 because this is one of the most unorganized unprofessional and ridiculous office I have ever seen. They set an appointment and thn hours later they call you thn you dnt even see the dr until hours later! I asked what is the point of you guys making appointments if we are not getting in on them. No answer!!! First time I was left and told forgotten about. I was told they didn’t see me!!!! What the hell!!!!!!!

I received excellent care from Dr. Au and his staff pre and post procedure and would recommend his services to anyone I came in contact with.
