Atzenhoffer service department is amazing! Last Wednesday our truck broke down on the way to Port Aransas and the service department got our truck in and out in two days. Don and his team didn’t make any promises but when it got dropped off after hours on Wednesday, they had it in their shop Thursday morning and got the truck diagnosed and fixed by Friday morning. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership in May 2024, and within just days, problems began. I returned the car multiple times and repeatedly asked for repairs. Over the course of several months, I showed dealership staff the issues firsthand and even recorded conversations and incidents. I also installed a dash cam to record these instances. My insurance company, Progressive, compelled me to use Atzenhoffer Collision after I hit a deer, and I was appalled by the rudeness I encountered. We initially considered trading in the car there, but after the way I was treated, we made the decision to go to the Nissan dealership instead. Atzenhoffer's unacceptable customer service cost them both repair opportunities and potential sales. Their management must urgently reassess how employees engage with customers to prevent this from happening in the future.
