Worst therapy experience I've ever had. ATX Therapy caused more problems and trauma than before we started. Our couples therapist, Charlotte, repeated back in our first session that she understood there have been multiple events and one BIG traumatic event causing mistrust and a lack of emotional safety for me in our relationship.
