I have been with ATX since April 2013. The experience has been just wonderful. Whenever anything has needed fixing/replacing or serviced, it has been prompt, efficient and very very courteous. Should I ever have the need to move,ATX is the first place I will contact for rental information.

We lived in an apartment prior to leasing with ATX. ATX really does value the customer and does everything possible to ensure their customer has the best experience possible. Great staff, friendly environment.

ATX Property Management has been easy to work with since we moved into the house in June 2015. Maintenance has been easy to schedule. The vendors that have come to do repairs have been very friendly and professional. Thank you!

In this day and time it seems as if many people I encounter don't like their job - and it shows in their customer service! Whenever I am in contact with the staff of ATX Property Management, I am treated with courtesy and respect. I appreciate the customer service they provide!

I fell in love with my apartment from the moment I toured it. The rent was affordable for a very nice area. There were many fees and deposits involved which is pretty standard for private ownership. There was some miscommunication upon move in but the property manager worked it out with me and I was able to move in without a problem. They've been prompt on fixing things and payments were always easy to make.
