In my expereience this was the worst company to do buisness with, extremely slow to resolve maintenance repairs and to respond to emails concerning important issues. I will never recommend this company to anyone due to their lack of professionalism. Try other property managing companies in the area with better reputation.
Overall great company to rent from. Maintenance needs an upgrade, great guy just not as knowledgeable and really slow, but very professional
