I’ve heard Kim on the phone abusing her staff, cussing them out. When one of my coworkers called to ask her for help she was already annoyed when she answered the phone.She doesn’t care if you have things going on she’s a very selfish individual. She knows nothing about what it takes to be professional and for that I understand why no one respects her.

This was a HUGE disappointment! Like others I wish I had read the reviews prior to utilizing this company but one of my neighbors recommended them so I gave the service a chance. The first time I booked the lady was here about an hour for a general cleaning. There was a lot that was left unclean. General dusting, bathroom counter, top and around the sides of the toilet were left dusty. I complained and they asked if the lady did a walk through before she left and she did not. I wish I the read the reviews before I booked. I wanted to support local neighbors business, since she was promoting on facebook groups. I see why she never mentioned the business name, and I mistakenly assumed she will be cleaning. The cleaning is subpar at best. I paid extra for deep clean and told that I wanted new to get rid of the builder’s mess they have missed. They charged by the hour so everything is rushed.
