This company does all they can to help you find a job. Even if they can't find you a place within their company, they have connections everywhere. I got a full-time job because Jen took the time to help me fill out applications and she also revamps people's resumes and makes them look like the superstars they are. If you aren't applying for jobs through AtWork Harrisonburg then you are doing it wrong.

I came here looking for work a little over two years ago, I turned down an opportunity because it was outside work and I had been living in the elements (homeless) for two years prior to that as most people who have been in my position would. No other opportunity was offered, after that I've been denied interviews for other jobs where the companies had hiring events but refused to consider me regardless of how matched my qualifications were for the position I applied for. I had an amazing experience with Francheska. She was welcoming and kind towards my situation. She was patient with my questions and helped me fill out my applications. Though, there were not jobs available at the time , she assured me that she would continue searching. I felt less anxious leaving and would continue using these services.

I was in desperate need of employment and a discovered AtWork Personnel on craigslist advertising for work in the public school system. At the time I didn't realize the job was through AtWork. Once I arrived I was greeted by Francesca with such encouragement and enthusiasm. She worked hard to find the right fit for me with awesome pay. Frank, Jennifer, and Francesca all work diligently to find worthwhile employment for our community.
