Our nightmare of a journey with Atwood Oaks began in Oct. of this year. We applied to live in their appartment (paying 200 dollars to secure the place). The unit we selected was a two bed two bath and ready to move in on Nov. 7. We are getting married on Nov. 13th so this was perfect. Due to these unforeseen replacements, we were unable to accommodate your original move-in date for this specific apartment. We would be happy to discuss other available locations or we can refund your deposit.
Got absolutely scammed by Priscilla. She claimed she saw someone moving out of the apartment and it turns out she absolutely lied about it. She told me she would call me back a couple times, but I had to be the one to call EVERY time, learning something new with each call. Terrible customer service. Lip service with no results. Stay away!!!

RecommendedKelly and Prescilla were really nice upon meeting. the Apartment was really spacious and looked really clean. The Maintenance man Chris was really cool. This is a stepping stone apartment for me so I'd like to see how this goes.
My sister has lived there for 2 1/2 years. She is a single mother she pays her rent every month. She cannot even boil anything because the stove does not work. It shocks her when she tries to even turn it on. The refrigerator has so much rust on it it looks pathetic. Ann Marie NEVER fixes anything. My sister is afraid to even sleep at night because she has an outlet that flames come out of. How can you put all these people in danger because there is definitely an electrical issue. I lived there for 4 years and watched it decline very fast throughout that time. ICE agents or Swat or cops there just about daily. The homeless people and drug dealing and prostitutes were enough but having to deal with the lack of committment to the residents and property from the management company was ridiculous. They went through 5 management companies while i was there. I dont recommend it at all.
Atwood Oaks Apartments is an older apartment complex but the location is really perfect for me. It's easy to get to my job and to school. I like the people in the office too. I would recommend Atwood Oaks Apartments if someone asked me what apartments that I liked.
These people will take your money and say you didn't pay for rent twice two money orders have came up missing two weeks later they knocked on the door saying we owed 275$ manage too harrass my girlfriend and make a huge scene. Personally I went too confront them and they tried to say my fiance left town and spent it whitch we obviously didn't.. Crooks
Pool is always lit. The staff is amazing �����
