Beautiful community
Nice community & location, but it's somewhat too dense. The build quality is good & some layouts quite good as well. The main thing I did not like was that the homes (all or the majority) don't have Solar installed. In addition, the new phases will not have the required pre-wiring to allow owners to switch to electric stoves in the future, nor wall space & allowance for future battery installation in the garages.
