Awesome place. Mindy is the best and really cares!
This place has gone completely downhill—cockroach and termite infestations, constant police presence, and a serious decline in the quality of tenants. Every other night, there’s some kind of incident, and just recently, my neighbor had a gun pulled on her. If I could afford to move, I would, but until then, I won’t stay quiet about the safety concerns and the people making this place dangerous. Well I'm tired but Im haveing a great day ,I was walking to my class.
Khari really came through for me when my original apartment fell through. I can't thank him enough for making it happen. He showed me the new place on Thursday and I had the keys by Saturday. The grounds are impeccably clean and well maintained, from the pool and BBQ areas to the gym, laundry room, driveways, and walkways. Even the elevators are in great condition. I found out my room has a lot of termites after a month passed when I moved in, and I reached out to the office to get inspection and treatment. It took them a month to make an appointment for an inspection which I definitely don’t understand. In general, it takes a few weeks to have inspector. I have already got treatments twice and it did not work which took them 3 months in total. I called many times to make an appointment after one treatment and they said I am busy so I’ll call you back but they did not do it for a week.... read more
