Avoid Atwater Cove at all costs. We lived here for three years, paying rent on time despite roaches, no hot water, broken A/C, and no working heater (illegal in California). Safety was a joke: in the month before moving out, we called the police three times for domestic violence next door, fireworks set off in the stairwell, and someone breaking into our apartment. I’ve been living in the departments for almost a year and any problems that I have had with my maintenance. The maintenance team has been quick and reliable in responding in fixing the issue.
I’ve had an amazing experience living at Atwater Cove Apartments! The property is always well-maintained, clean, and peaceful. The management team is truly exceptional—Mindi is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Maria is also super helpful and always goes the extra mile to assist with any questions or concerns.
