Just had a conversation with someone in the scheduling dept for Dr. Patel's surgeries.... THE BEST THING I CAN SAY ABOUT HER IS SHE WAS VERY RUDE!!! I went online this morning to read some reviews about this doctor and his staff before I called; there were quite a few negative comments, about certain staff. I HOPE MY PCP MADE THE CORRECT DECISION REFERRING ME HERE. I feel very fortunate to have had Dr. Patel for my Surgeon. He is informative, takes his time to make sure you understand the information and really cares. I'm so glad Northbay has a Dr. like him! Additionally his scheduling assistant is super nice and so helpful. My only complaint would be with his Physicians Assistant. She is cold, uncaring and very rude.
