I couldn't recommend Dr. Spiegal more and found him to be an invaluable resource. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his practice to anyone I know.
Dr. Spiegel is a thoughtful, compassionate, and caring psychologist. His comprehensive approach to consultation utilizing his experience and training allows one to gain useful and different perspectives to help those seeking out mental health services. His tremendous ability to develop a strong and safe working relationship is evident from the onset of working with him, and I would highly recommend him.
I have learned a great deal from Dr Spiegel -- especially in my most recent trainings with him, which focused on hypnosis applied towards attachment wounds and functional disorders/pain management.
