Was recommended this place by my health insurance as part of their C.A.S.T. Program. They told me that they had an appointment but to call and confirm the appointment. I have called 5 times and no one answers or calls back. If you are looking for a place that genuinely cares about your well being, look elsewhere.
EDIT: Jessie reached out to me directly to apologize and clarify the situation at hand. It was not directly their fault for what happened, as the person I was booked with did not communicate correctly with me. Jessie got me rebooked immediately and is working with my provider in case my referral needs to be resubmitted. Thank you again for working with me! I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism at this counseling center. During my initial consultation for their women’s group therapy program, none of my basic questions could be answered. Simple things like the start date, structure, and what to expect were all met with “I’ll have to ask/ I’ll get back to you.” The consultation didn’t provide any real information and only led to me being told to email my insurance cards and date of birth so they could get back to me. I strongly recommend Attune Counseling for anyone seeking compassionate and effective therapy. Lindsey Yochum is an incredibly skilled and empathetic therapist who created a safe, supportive environment that allowed forward movement for my personal growth and healing. Lindsey is amazing at what she does!!!
