RecommendedI would definitely recommend anyone looking for an apartment to work with Attractive Rentals. Mr. Iverson was very helpful when I was having a hard time finding a place. He found me a beautiful 2 bedroom for only $900 a month in a very secure building. He made sure I had everything I needed to be approved the first time around therefore I didn’t waste time doing multiple apps. So grateful to have his help.

The apartment quest seems endless and can be disappointing. However, Mr. Iverson helped me to make a choice that seemed pretty easy….. He was helpful in meeting my needs and supplying answers to my various questions…. He was also responsive in a timely manner every time I reached out for assistance and always pleasant as well. Not sure how to explain it…. but expertise, helpfulness and a true hearted nature to his profession sealed the deal and ended my apartment explorations. The apartments are fine and cheap but I was lied to they are actually 2 companies together denied me for both but gave me two different explanations Just to take 100 dollars for the application fees

No one lied to you. You applied for the same building twice in two months with TWO different companies. Whomever you applied with in December was not us. If you had told us you applied for the place in December, and were denied, we would have never taken your application in the first place. You knew you had applied for a place in the same building and chose not to disclose that information from at least the moment you looked at the video we sent you of the unit layout prior to scheduling an appointment.
Great service I highly recommend whosever looking for a apartment to come to them it’s worth it, beautiful apartments 😍
