I got a Reckless Driving charge. I am not from Virginia and had no idea that it was a CRIMINAL charge. I was scared of having a criminal conviction, possible jail time and large court fines. John took care of the reckless driving charge and was able to get it reduced to a traffic infraction. He was excellent in the courtroom in advocating for a reduction.

I have used Mr Naumovski for two traffic cases in the last year. One a reckless 80/55 with an unsafe lane change charge and the other an aggressive driving charge. John is very professional and very knowledgeable and informative. He put me at ease even tho he explained the possible severe consequences of my charges. In the end the reckless driving was reduced to a 19 over speeding infraction with the unsafe lane change dismissed and the aggressive driving dropped to an infraction of failure to obey a highway sign. Defended Against a DUI. He Felt Like Family. Was a tremendous help with my DUI. Got me the best result based on the facts of my case.
