I had a very disappointing experience with this attorney. After paying him to send a demand letter to my landlord, I had to repeatedly follow up and practically beg him to send it out. When he finally did, the letter contained a mistake that made us look unprofessional from the start. What’s worse, he never disclosed before taking payment that he would not be able to handle the case beyond sending emails.
