I get a regular cleanibg every 6 months and you thought I was coming is every 3 months for a special cleaning and wanted to charge me for that!!! Also when I got my estimate for filling I had to ask as to why it was so high to find out you don't do the cheaper silver filings anymore that most insurances cover!! Instead have to get the more expensive white filling in my back tooth and pay an arm and a leg for it!' Yes, we did need more time than usual to get back to you regarding services and billing, but this was because the front desk needed more time to discuss your particular case with your hygienist. As for the silver (amalgam) fillings, the doctor decided to stop doing them due to health/dental reasons, not financial reasons. I broke a tooth on Friday night. They took me Saturday morning for a root canal and gave me temporary. They gave me a noon appointment and asked me to come in early. I was out by 12:30. And they we're sooooo NICE! Everyone especially the dentist himself. I was so freaked out about getting the root canal but he made me feel more relaxed about it and got it done quickly. I might make this my family's primary dentist office.
I never have a problem all the people working there are GREAT
We feel very comfortable with the service of this group. We have been going there for many years. My child feels comfortable too. They have been understanding of financial needs too.
I have used this practice since the 70's. Best service and care I could ever hope to get. Never disappointed.
I hate going to the dentist. I have anxiety about it. However, by the time I leave I'm relaxed, had great service and I'm planning my next visit before I even leave. They work with your insurances with ease. The doctor takes time to explain things..... you never feel like your a number and here's the kicker. ...... they really do care. I won't go anywhere else.
