Staff was friendly and I was greeted promtly. Staff was courteous to each other. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is that I was taken in for my appointment about 10-15 min late. Other than that I had a great visit.
Services were provided on time and very professionally. Dr Hannawi is very knowledgeable and experienced and takes the extra time to explain his recommended treatments to you.
I'm a dental wimp, I admit it, but the staff never make me feel uneasy. My hygenist takes extra care on my sensitive teeth.
I was very happy going to this dentist. The staff are friendly and I felt more like a person than another patient, which you can get from a lot of medical offices. The equipment was impressive, and I assume very modern. The dentist did a great job explaining the procedure to me, and I wasn't made to feel bad for lack of good habits. The end result was great, but the one thing that I did not like was the injection of novacaine. It was poked right into my cheek with a lot of pain. The staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. The establishment is clean and the atmosphere airy. A pleasant experience.
I been a patient at Attleboro Family Dental Care for about 5 years and their service has been excellent. They have addressed my dental issues with respect and care and the work completed was excellent. A few times I have had dental emergencies and they went out of their way to have the dentist see me ASAP. Finally, my whole family gets treated here as well and they are great with kids. I highly recommend them!!!
crown was removed; cavity was cleared. Numbing was sufficient.
