I was not at all satisfied with our visit to your office today. My son has a 4:20 appointment with the periodontist. At 4:50 we were still waiting. When I asked the receptionist about the delay. She only said that he was delayed. When I asked why she didn't tell me that the periodontist was delayed. Her answer was we don't know he is going to be delayed until he's delayed" That was a completely unacceptable answer! That is when we left the office without being seen. I am sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, we are not always able to predict ahead of time when a doctor will run behind. We try our best to stay on time, but due to unforeseen circumstances and providing the best course of treatment, it is not always possible.
Once again another good appointment staff were well informed and the Dr. was very honest with what the next appointment would involve.
I have been going to Attleboro Family Dental Care for as long as I can remember and I honestly could not be happier. At AFDC the dentists are 9.9 times out of 10 on time for my appointment. They recently renovated their waiting area as well. It is very new, warm and inviting compared to other dentist offices I have been in. The girls at the desk are also very pleasant and make me feel as if I am an old friend rather than an inconvenience on their work day. I hope this office never stops taking my insurance. From the moment I walk in, everyone is always pleasant, friendly and professional. Whether I am in for a cleaning or more involved work, each step is explained to me. I trust and respect Dr. Hannawi and his staff.
Love the service and attention I always get. Doctor and Hygienist are excellent and do the best for my oral health

It was amazing an excelent, as always; my mother, an 86 year old woman, had such a great care, had a tooth extraction and she is recoveting fast an well. Thank you team!!!!!!
