RecommendedEverything is kept exceptionally clean and well maintained... beautiful pool, grounds well kept, common areas very clean. There is plenty of parking and any maintenance requests are completed ASAP. All the staff members are very nice and respond quickly. The rent is reasonable in comparison to other apartments in the DFW area. I definitely recommend Attiva Central Park Apartments. The care given to property. I met a lady named Wanda and she seemed to take great pride in your property. All the staff was awsome!!!
This is a great place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby and grounds are always well kept and clean. I would recommend to anyone.
I do not live here but I visit the facility every Wednesday and they have a wonderful atmosphere, beautiful grounds. Different actives beautiful pool area, theatre on site piano room hair salon. I would live here if I was 55+.
Add amenities!!! We have a new theater and 'cable' movies! I was told they would be new releases. Some even have advertisements in them. Other than Bingo or Bunco there are no other amenities! We should be having several things going on each day. Why don't we have an 'activities' director like most places. We are left to our own devices to find things to do
A wonderful place for seniors to live that has many amenities, etc. It has elevators so you don’t have to climb stairs, an exercise room, movies, etc. it even has a fine hairdresser!!! I’d live there if I were alone. Bobbie Adkerson Huddle
This was such a beautiful and homey place. Now it has been “remodeled’ and not pretty at all. They have taken away several amenities from the residents and raised the rates. The residents have had to move to another apartment while theirs is being renovated-which is great-but they could have provided some help. Some residents are not able and don’t have family to help.
Love life at the Aspen ... great people, friendly atmosphere... always fun!!!
