Deleted my 2023 review. Here's too many paragraphs about parking. Sorry to say that the parking situation is a dealbreaker and I left. More than that, it was the disrespectful runaround that made me choose to go. I was promised that the parking manager would e-mail me and they never did. Update late 2024. They provide towel service but sometimes there is no staff and they do not restock so you cannot shower (not good if you like going early in the morning.) Steam room has not been working for the past year. Lockers too small and get stuck. It was nice at first because it’s not packed like other gyms but not worth the amount they charge.
Called today for a tour between 1-1:30pm, I went there at 1:15pm. No one at the front. I waited until like 1:40 and I ran into a concierge from the hotel who called whoever was supposed to be there and they said they are coming. 2:15pm and no one showed up. Another poor concierge man had to call and answer my questions which they rightfully didn't know. They were told to show me the back of a booklet with the pricing. Attitude might just be the most stylish gym in LA. The high ceilings and large windows offering views of downtown LA create a pleasant atmosphere. The signature lighting with red lines along the ceiling adds a sophisticated touch.
