From the beginning to the end I was amazed and soooooo happy with Attic Star. They came at 9:00 am and worked non stop till 5:00pm only stopped to eat some lunch. They were very clean and could not believe what a great job they did, The attic was a mess, needed to be cleaned, and needed new insulation and had mold, fungus, rats had made it their home so you can imagine how bad it was. I was a little scare about the price at first but after I seen what they did it was worthed.The team a got did a excellent job cleaning and closing all the gaps what a difference I recommend this guys.
I have to admit, I hired Attic Star because they were the only company that returned my phone call. That turned out to be lucky for me. They were able to clean the attic of everything that was in the attic, including the rats that the tenant left in the attic when they moved out. They left the attic empty so that we could do work up there. A second team came and blew the insulation for us after we were finished with the work we needed to do. Ron from Attic Star was great. He and his assistant came for a consultation for putting insulation in our attic and spent time explaining the results, telling us what he would do, and breaking down the estimate. When we asked if he could put some plywood down on top of the insulation so we could use the attic space for storage, he agreed to do so and gave us the information necessary to buy plywood (size, number, thickness of pieces). Our experience with Attic Star was phenomenal! Ron arrived earlier than scheduled on a Sunday morning. Did a thorough job of checking the attic and around the house. He took time to listen to us, answer our questions and ensured we were comfortable with his proposal. On the day scheduled, they showed up promptly, did a very satisfactory and professional job. We're very happy campers! We would definitely recommend Attic Star to everyone.
Ron and team were fantastic. Ron came to do a very detailed inspection of the attic after we had a rat problem. He was very honest with what needed and didn't need to be done in terms of the insulation and also rat proofing the house. Long story short, Ron and team came in to remove all the old and infested insulation, sanitized the whole attic and crawl space, and put in new insulation.
