I have to say day one they sent me a text to the wrong storage unit in the wrong town. I work out of town I have to keep my work vehicle free for deliveries. I have to Plainfield ,IN on two seperate occasions after 10 pm .I was unable to enter with my access code . For the record you cannot believe ,or trust anything customer support says. As soon as I can I am relocating my stuff elsewhere. I had to forfeit 2 shifts due to this places negligence.
I would not use this place ever again, horrible customer service, management is a joke and don't do their jobs, holds property when Bill is paid up!!
