Worst storage unit facility ever!!!! In 4 years they have changed owners/management. Access times have changed, you can no longer pay online and if you try to reach anyone you get directed to a call center where you will be told there is no manager available to talk to. People who currently rent at any of these facilities are getting scammed. Myself included!
Clean and safe facilities
Plainfield Self Store was a great experience. Ben a customer since 1993. Over 30 years. had as many as four units for a period of time. Finally downsized.
So far so good. Reasonably priced
They were extremely helpful in helping me rent my unit on line without leaving the house. If needed I will use them again.
