Great. We didn’t cancel as such took over daughters unit which was larger! So far so good!
Do not go here We had a house fire and lost everything. We rented a unit from them and had our pictures that survived the fire and all of the stuff from our garage in there and a ton of new stuff for when we got another house. We paid every month. Every communication we had from them was through text. We got behind one month and paid it the following month even paid extra for any late fee. We had a very QUICK, EASY experience with your storage service…. We called and received our unit the same day !! So happy with Attic Selfstor !!
Worst storage unit facility ever!!!! In 4 years they have changed owners/management. Access times have changed, you can no longer pay online and if you try to reach anyone you get directed to a call center where you will be told there is no manager available to talk to. People who currently rent at any of these facilities are getting scammed. Myself included!
