I would like to share my experience to anyone it may be useful to. Barbara is the nicest! Although, I had a horrible experience with RATS in the storage unit. I rented for a month and found my tools hoses bitten by rats. There was also rat poop on the floor. The Location looks super clean from exterior but I don't understand how rats are a problem. Renters are at charge for rat control. I lost a couple hundred dollars with the tools hoses. I called office and they responded that they cannot do anything about it. I feel a lit... read more
Kept charging me after I asked to cancel. And did not return the money they chared for the months I did not use the unit.
