I would leave zero stars if I could. I hired the Attic Guys to get rid of attic rats and clean up under the insulation. They assured me that they would be able to block all of the entries and stop the rats. They offered a two-year warranty and stated that since they were driving from Anaheim, they wouldn't want to come back so of course they would stop the rats. They showed up to take out the attic insulation. They promptly placed their giant vacuum in the center of my beautiful grass in my front yard. This left a spot about... read more

RecommendedVery clean and professional in the work they do they clean the areas they work on very clean
On time, friendly service, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. My husband also followed up after the work was done in the attic and everything looked great. I also like that they guarantee their rodent proofing for two years, so if we have any issues they will come out and inspect and fix. Would recommend. Thanks!
In March, 2017, I hired Attic Guys to install an attic fan because I thought that a fan would help to conserve energy and keep the house cooler during the summer. Mike came over to inspect our house and to provide an estimate. After the attic fan was installed we experienced some issues with one of our bedroom lights. Our electrician determined that the attic fan was interfering with power to the light. The fan was disconnected and the bedroom light issue disappeared.
