We now have a new furnace and air conditioner from them! We highly recommend them! :-)
I have a Geo Comfort geothermal system that we installed in 2007 when we built our home. We had nothing but problems since it was put in and had numerous heating and air contractors work on. I called yesterday after seeing they were also a Geo Comfort dealer and Sara was good enough to work us in today. The technician was Tom that came and I would say he was the most knowledgable technician we have ever had. He performed diagnostics that nobody else performed and was able to find the problem. This company has treated us like family! I can't say enough good about them! All the service techs are top notch. Very knowledgeable and courteous in your home. Sara, in the office, returns calls quickly and sends techs out same day if at all possible. We decided on A&M above several other companies when we were in need of a new furnace/AC. Ed came out and was so friendly and actually took the time to explain the product, services, and warranties which is something no other company did.
