TERRIBLE experience. My wife finally splurged on a new pair of glasses, and a pair of Ray Ban prescription sunglasses after her last appointment. Unfortunately, the sunglasses weren't sunglasses when they arrived. Keep in mind she only found this out when she showed up to pick them up. Disappointing, but whatever. She then had to call again 3 weeks later only to be met with confusion and no explanation as to where the sunglasses were. My provider was excellent. The blonde at the desk was not. Actually told me they don’t call insurance companies to verify coverage. Umm who does your verification then??
