I have gone here for years and will continue to go every summer for my check up. Professional, pleasant, and timely!
First time patient and was not happy with them. They didn't seem very welcoming to me as a new patient. When I left they were to email me my eyeglass prescription...why they couldn't do it when I was there I didn't understand....but several days later I called as I never got it and they finally emailed it to me. Was going to order contacts from them but they kept putting me off on getting me a price...had to keep asking...then they wanted so much money!! TERRIBLE experience. My wife finally splurged on a new pair of glasses, and a pair of Ray Ban prescription sunglasses after her last appointment. Unfortunately, the sunglasses weren't sunglasses when they arrived. Keep in mind she only found this out when she showed up to pick them up. Disappointing, but whatever. She then had to call again 3 weeks later only to be met with confusion and no explanation as to where the sunglasses were.
