I’ve never encountered such a rude rep in my life. Telling a customer to stop talking and causing a seen in store... needless to say I’ll be following up with upper management!!!

Brandon was awesome, as well as, the guy he was training. I can't remember his name, but was very friendly and attentive. Did very well explaining technology to us older generation!! Don't like the wait time much, but the service made up for it! Thanks

Employees were available to start accounts but not after. Have been trying to contact the store for 4 days and no one will answer the phone.

This store is very misleading and not helpful when issues come up on your bill. Once you get an account from them, you are tossed aside as they try to snag the next fool. I had several issues on my first bill and when I came in after talking to support at 611, the manager (who is the only person with the power to help) would not correct these issues even though customer support said that he should do that! He "reports to the president". Don't spend your hard earned money here because each time I come in, they can't help you.

Brandon M was awesome!! He was a great help in getting me the upgrade phone I wanted and a tablet! Definitely recommend going see him! Best customer service ever :)
