I went in to this store with a phone I purchased less than two weeks earlier that had some features missing. The young lady that waited on me could not resolve the issue and said we had to call tech support before she could exchange my phone. To the chick named Taylor that works at the AT&T store there was absolutely no reason for you to treat us differently than your other customers! That’s the first time I went into this store and to have an employee be rude to me and a family member! You didn’t need to roll your eyes at questions we had and when asked for help for the auto paid to be set up and straight up refuse it! I’ve never encountered such a rude rep in my life. Telling a customer to stop talking and causing a seen in store... needless to say I’ll be following up with upper management!!!
