Came in 2 weeks ago to pay my internet bill, saw Harold and everything went smoothly. Didn’t have to give my ID, was quick and painless. I had 2 simple needs on my visit today. - I cracked my phone screen and needed it replaced. - I had a secondary line for a business that I sold so I needed to take that number off my plan. The moment I walked into the AT&T store in Catoosa (suite G) I was greeted with what was clearly annoyance that I was even in there. The employee working was named Hal. Needed to change my account over to the new 55+ plus plan. Morgan Reeves was incredible in assisting me in every aspect of the process. She made absolutely certain that before leaving the store each and every detail was completed to perfection.
Terrible customer service. Went in for a screen protector replacement, and the lady was no help at all. She was too interested in talking to her coworkers. She told me to dial 611 and they can help. I call 611 and she tells me you have to order it in store or online. Do yourself a favor and drive to Tulsa or Owasso.
