Absolutely terrible experience at the AT&T store in Catoosa. I spent over an hour in the store just trying to get a phone set up. There were two employees and a manager present, but the manager seemed too busy to assist her own staff when they clearly needed help. The whole process felt disorganized and slow. Before leaving, I asked THREE separate times if there was anything I needed to pay. Each time I was told no. Morgan and her staff at the Catoosa AT&T outlet have always been very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My neds are addressed, and taken care of in a timely manner. Thank You!
I use the Catoosa store I hope they all have employees like Morgan. Morgan is the main reason I stay with AT&T, awesome customer service skills hopefully she's the one teaching your other employees. She definitely deserves a raise.
