I use the Catoosa store I hope they all have employees like Morgan. Morgan is the main reason I stay with AT&T, awesome customer service skills hopefully she's the one teaching your other employees. She definitely deserves a raise.
walked in, was told someone would be with me shortly, waited for nearly an hour and just walked out. I understand being understaffed but dont tell me someone will be with me and have nobody help me or even acknowledge me the entirety of me being inside.
Joshua was very helpful I accidentally hit 1 picking up my phone I meant 5 very satisfied I tried to change it it wouldn’t let me the guy was the best stupid survey wouldn’t let me go back he really helped me in every way possible I was VERY SATISFIED!!!!!
