Absolutely terrible experience at the AT&T store in Catoosa. I spent over an hour in the store just trying to get a phone set up. There were two employees and a manager present, but the manager seemed too busy to assist her own staff when they clearly needed help. The whole process felt disorganized and slow. Before leaving, I asked THREE separate times if there was anything I needed to pay. Each time I was told no.
