Got sign up on a a contrac that the monthly price. Was twice as much as the guy promes us try to cancelled after hours and hours of trying to solve the problem no body would do nothing about it so we had to just cancelled and pay 450$ for 10 days of having service.
We transferred Our service from a house we were renting to a house we bought and the service stinks. AT&T customer service is for the snakes (lower than a dog). All they do is give you lip service and tell you what they think you want to here. I hve to reset my DSL moden at least twice every week ( for the past 5 months), they can't get their billing correct and are not posting payments to our accounts. About fed up!!!

AT&T, you guys are ridiculous! I have been trying to get my home phone service transferred to my new home for nearly two months. I have talked to numerous representatives, supervisors, and with technical support. And yet all I get is that we are waiting for the engineering team to update us with a completion date. Still I am here with nothing! I have explained to everyone that I elderly at home, and cell phone service has not always been reliable. So I am done talking to you guys!
