So I got here at 4 and was told to wait in my car because there were only 3 people working so they would call me. I’m still sitting here an hour later, went in and asked how long it would be and they act surprised I’m even here. He says idk because I’m the only one working and everyone else is on break. The customer service at this location is beyond poor. The “sales rep,” and I do use that term lightly, was no help at all when I attempted to tell him about the issues I’m currently experiencing with my phone. Before I could even finish describing my issues, “I was told, I’m not a technician and we’re not touching any phones.” Instead of stooping to his level and delivering a few unpleasant words, I left. The representative gave me incorrect information that caused a problem with my bill. To correct the problem they want me to change to a plan I don't want or return the device.....after I've had it for 4 months. I double-checked on the front end and the rep remembered me asking and admitted the "oversight". I should not be penalized for your error.
The 3 gentlemen working there tonight. I’ve met two before. My guy was Kyro Lam, I wish I could remember the others names because as customers diminished they showed me things I didn’t know about my new devices. All were patient, informative, polite and helpful, not just to me but to other customers as well. Much more so than the snippety female that I dealt with last Saturday that ultimately sent me to Apple @ Perimeter to get my phone to reboot.
