I am so dissatisfied with the service. The guy helping me seemed so knowledgeable but he severely screwed up at my expense. He did not make my wireless business internet unlimited and I was overcharged by 2k for a month of service. I have been going back and forth with my bank and att about the charge and finally thank God my bank denied paying it but it's back on my account. ATT is refusing to even speak to me about it.
