We'll I must say I am very disappointed. I went in to finish my phone claim and was told to expect the new phone by Thursday . Today nothing came so I called to see tracking on and they told me nothing was sent out. So by this point it's been 3 days with out a phone and I have been waiting around for nothing. They sent my call to insurance and they told me that nothing could be sent until I spoke to them, which I wasn't told at AT&T. So now I'm sitting here and will not have my phone until Saturday.
