Worst store, pompous representatives offering no customer service. Act like they know the business and managed by incompetent imbeciles

On 12/24 I purchased a set of AirPods from Crestview AT&T. My husband and I later found out that we were double charged for the item ($169.34) and reached out to a Corporate representative via their online chat on 12/25. The representative advised that since the purchase was made in store, a refund for the extra charge was not something they could do and he then scheduled an in-store appointment for 12/26 at 10A.M. How can AT&T improve was the question asked me, You decide... My Family decide to switch from Sprint to AT&T. They all switched their phones and had them activated, my Daughter in law went in to the local AT&T to get a new line and a SIM card for my phone. 3 days later my SIM car with it's new Phone number arrives and I go to att.com/activate to set my phone up. I’ve been in this store for 40 minutes waiting on a store representative to help me he’s been to busy on his iPad the staff is not in uniform very unprofessional environment no assistance has been supplied. There are a total of 10 people waiting and the store rep in the red Chevy shirt is not assisting any customers at this time thinking very heavily about switching to another provider.

Thanks to Andrew for helping me treat myself on February 18, 2018! He was very professional and courteous. He let me know if I bought iPhone 8, I could get an iPad for a very reasonable price and this prompted me to call customer service about another device which I opted to keep and was given a nice discount. Don’t be afraid to go in and ask for upgrade details. There are some amazing things available if you ask!!!! #customersince2004

In my case that we are currently battling with AT&T I sent my s6 active in for warranty issue. The phone is advertised on t.v. To be drop proof water proof etc..... It was dropped from ft and the screen went purple. Zero cracks or water damage! We were loyal customers for 10+ years! They send the phone back with a mysterious crack. And it's now your word against mine situation. AT&T has given us the run around over the phone several times.
