I am so sorry I stayed with AT&T. Customer service is horrible, online chat and phone call you talk to automated bots that are useless. You have to spend long time getting to a real person and some of them are more useless. I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone and got home and learned in an email the store associate had entered items different than I was told...that took an hour of maneuvering thru att system to find help. Sadly, I went ahead and ordered accessories from att and that was nightmare from start with it end... read more
Customer service was awful. After being a customer for 7 years we switched to Verizon. (Got a better deal too.) Woman was rude from the beginning. Was unable to assist in simple actions. Guy spoke down to us and described the store as a "separate entity" from AT&T and was unable to assist us at all. Both were extremely rude and degrading in the way they spoke to us. I will NEVER have any other services with AT&T or Direct TV bc of this. Your customers react to how you treat them!

We have struggled with our internet for months now. Multiple calls the service center and still no properly working internet. On top of that, they also downgraded our plan without our permission. All in all the worst experience ever!!! Wondering if this needs to go all the way up to the CEO before we will actually be heard.
I haven't actually had any problems with the store but I'm having problems with no service on my phone it started 2 months ago and it's bad there is only 2 places at home my phone works. Is Any one else having reception problems? Thanks
I now work for AT&T..., yet to draw a check. I change my router channels, I trade out HD mini boxes, I program TV remotes, I boot-reboot-reboot-reboot-reboot....im a fridging "reboot specialist, "guess I do it all!" I was told/promised a significant adjustment due to the problems during my first 5 weeks of "bundled services". I have had possibly 2 weeks of entertainment/enjoyment. My blood pressure has set record highs! My "adjustment" = $19.00 for 20+ hours of working for the AT&T "man"! I am sick and very tired of dealing ... read more
I WANT TO FIRST OFF SAY HOW CRAPPY OF A STORE THIS IS.... FRANKFORT AT&T GAVE MY MOTHER THE RUN AROUND AND THE MOST NASTIEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED IN MY ENTIRE 15 YEARS BEING A AT&T CUSTOMER. THEY LEFT HER ALONE IN THE STORE WHILE THETY ATE LUNCH.,.... THE MANAGER WALKED PAST HER 6 TIMES,,,, YES I COUNTED AND DIDNT EVEN ASK IF WE NEEDED HELP OR ANYTHING, THEY GAVE HER THE MOST PIECE OF CRAP PHONE THEY HAVE ON THE MARKET AND DID NOT TRANSFER ANY INFORMATION OVER FROM HER OLD PHONE, TOLD US IT WOULD TAKE TOO MUCH TIME.... read more
