I think it would be a good idea to post your hours on your page and also holiday hours as wee
learn how to answer the phone, phone company... spent an hour in store on friday to upgrade home internet (uverse). they promised same day speed increase. it never happened. so i call the adams drive store close to 15 times, it won't let you stay on the line and wait for an available person. after about 10 sec of ringing it tells to to call the customer service and technical support office, which isn't even open on saturday. every time i have been to att and this store i have been neglected lied too or just infuriated. if i ... read more
