Not this store. No customer service. cane out to the car and didn't even listen long enough to get the information. Just said she would send out someone which was a lie. waited 20 minutes no such person came out.

well we came into the store today to change service to AT&T from another carrier. But when we got there we were net at the car by an employee with the mask on that told us we cannot go in together as husband and wife because of social distancing. so I set in the car while my husband went inside. meanwhile I watch other people walk in and out of the store with no masks on! and other random people walking out of the store in pairs. so we came from the Azle location which was completely normal and open as business no social dis... read more
NO PUBLIC RESTROOM! Had to get back in my car and drive to McDonalds. Poor customer service. They make you wait long periods of time and can't even provide a restroom for customers.
Ugh!!!!!!! Been here an hour already and still waiting to talk to someone. I’ve been trying to get directTV billing fixed since Christmas! I’ve talked to people twice and did an online chat once and given a “direct” phone # to contact someone in charge and it wouldn’t go through! It’s great with directTV, it’s the AT&T side that’s whacked! AND what kind of place has this kind of waiting and doesn’t have a public restroom?! I was very pleased, Hannah Pigg was very professional and personable. She was able to explain features of my new IPhone 8plus, iPad and Direct Now in ‘laymen’s’ terms, spent quality time with me. I bragged on her today to my family and will definitely refer others to this location. A couple of other associates stopped by our table and were very personable and professional as well. Kudos to this store and staff!
Your employees need to learn some respect and patience, how rude can you be if I have questions then just hang in there and deal with it , it's your job .
Would give it negative if possible. Obviously the staff does not like people at all. Very disappointing.
My problem isn't with the Weatherford location exactly, I live in Aledo and there is not yet uverse and the Internet here is AWFUL!! What is crazy is a mile or so in any direction has it... why in the world would it not be here yet. My husband thinks dial up may be better. How is that even possible. Please att get your butt in gear this is unacceptable. The DSL Is terrible cannot even stream Netflix.
